As an individual,you can help by joining our
Committee and/or at Concerts eg, raffle tickets, programmes,
stewarding etc. etc. Please ring Caroline Hiorns on our contact
us page if you feel you can help in this way.

As an individual, you can become a Patron.
Extra money from our patrons adds up to a significant amount
each year and, as a patron, you receive two free tickets
for both the Summer and Christmas concerts (in addition to your
normal allocation of two tickets). Subscription
Rates are for 2008/2009 at £50/year. We can offer an 18-month rate
if you join half way through the year. Please contact

As a business, why not become a Corporate
Sponsor?
WWYM has some 500 children (about 400+ families) currently on our
register from across Central Wiltshire. There are many benefits
in being a Corporate Sponsor, which include :
• supporting our young musicians making music in your local
area;
• creating a relationship with us whereby we could perhaps
play for you at a special function (during term time);
• your company name being listed on our concert programmes
and acknowledgement being given in our annual AGM report which
is sent to all 400 families plus an additional 100 friends
on our mailing list (FOC);
• being able to advertise in our main Concert programmes
FOC (usually Christmas and Summer);
• distributing a leaflet/handout for you to our families
at our main concerts and/or a product display stand;
• attaching an information sheet (A4 or A5) with our regular
newsletters sent home via the children approximately twice a term.
There are many ways of being a sponsor, and these are listed below:
• an annual or
3-year donation dependent upon size of company
• sponsoring an instrument – (£300 to £3,000),
where your company's name will be inserted into the instrument
box and recognition given as a sponsor in all the above ways;
• sponsoring a concert – varies considerably according
to venue….. The larger venues can cost c. £1000 for
the day; our 4 Christmas Concerts approx £800.
• sponsoring a concert programme
approx. £300;
sponsoring the Christmas
Quiz - photocopying approx. 500 copies on 2 pages A4 plus Prize
Monday of approx £150
• buying a set of music – from £200;
• commissioning a new work – to be discussed with
James Monckton, Musical Director of WWYM – as a guide this
would be £750 +.
• If you felt there was a way in which your company could
help in the work of WWYM not already mentioned, then do please
give me a call to discuss your idea – we are open to suggestions!
As a Sponsor, you would be entitled
to two tickets for the Summer and Christmas Concerts and we hope
you and some of your colleagues would be able to join us for a 'Get
to know the Music Centre in Bradford on Avon'.
